Euribor per Mac

◎Cosa fa l'app

Euribor mette i tassi del mercato monetario europeo a portata di clic: l'€STR (il tasso overnight della BCE) e i cinque tenor Euribor — 1 settimana, 1, 3, 6 e 12 mesi — in un'unica dashboard, con storici, variazioni e un calcolatore di rata integrato. I dati si aggiornano automaticamente all'avvio e a ogni ricarica.

▦La dashboard

Sei card, una per tasso. Ogni card mostra:

• il fixing più recente in grande;
• la variazione rispetto al fixing precedente in basis point (verde se sale, rossa se scende) con la freccia di tendenza;
• un mini-grafico degli ultimi 30 giorni;
• il valore precedente e le date dei due fixing.

Clic su una card per aprire il grafico storico degli ultimi 3 mesi.

✦La barra strumenti

• ‹ › — naviga ai giorni di fixing precedenti e successivi: tutte le card si aggiornano alla data scelta;
• ⟳ — ricarica i tassi più recenti;
• ⧉ — copia negli appunti i tassi del giorno, pronti da incollare;
• % — apre il calcolatore di rata;
• ⓘ — apre la finestra con la legenda dei comandi.

∑Il calcolatore di rata

Stima la rata mensile di un mutuo o di un leasing. Inserisci:

• Importo, primo canone (anticipo) e riscatto (valore residuo) in euro;
• il numero di rate mensili;
• il tasso di riferimento, scegliendolo dal menu (€STR o uno dei tenor Euribor, precompilato col valore del giorno) o digitandolo;
• lo spread applicato dalla banca;
• rate in anticipo o posticipate.

La rata si ricalcola da sola a ogni modifica: non c'è nessun pulsante da premere.

✉Notifiche

L'app può avvisarti con una notifica quando i tassi si aggiornano. L'autorizzazione viene chiesta al primo avvio; puoi cambiarla in ogni momento da Impostazioni di Sistema → Notifiche → Euribor.

?Problemi comuni

• I tassi non si aggiornano — verifica la connessione a Internet e premi ⟳. Senza rete l'app mostra gli ultimi dati scaricati.
• Il grafico è vuoto — serve almeno un aggiornamento riuscito: premi ⟳ con la rete attiva.
• Le notifiche non arrivano — controlla che siano consentite in Impostazioni di Sistema → Notifiche.
• Sono andato troppo indietro con le date — l'app si ferma alla data più vecchia disponibile; premi ⟳ per tornare a oggi.

I fixing Euribor sono pubblicati da EMMI (European Money Markets Institute), l'€STR dalla Banca Centrale Europea. I valori sono mostrati a solo scopo informativo e possono differire dai dati ufficiali: non costituiscono consulenza finanziaria né base contrattuale.

◎What the app does

Euribor puts European money-market rates one click away: the €STR (the ECB's overnight rate) and the five Euribor tenors — 1 week, 1, 3, 6 and 12 months — in a single dashboard, with history charts, changes and a built-in payment calculator. Data refreshes automatically at launch and on every reload.

▦The dashboard

Six cards, one per rate. Each card shows:

• the latest fixing, large;
• the change versus the previous fixing in basis points (green up, red down) with a trend arrow;
• a 30-day mini chart;
• the previous value and the dates of both fixings.

Click any card to open its 3-month history chart.

✦The toolbar

• ‹ › — step through earlier and later fixing days: every card updates to the chosen date;
• ⟳ — reload the latest rates;
• ⧉ — copy today's rates to the clipboard, ready to paste;
• % — opens the payment calculator;
• ⓘ — opens the window with the controls legend.

∑The payment calculator

Estimates the monthly payment for a loan or lease. Enter:

• the amount, first payment (down payment) and last payment (residual value) in euros;
• the number of monthly payments;
• the reference rate, picked from the menu (€STR or any Euribor tenor, pre-filled with today's value) or typed manually;
• the bank's spread;
• payments in advance or in arrears.

The payment recalculates on every change — there is no button to press.

✉Notifications

The app can notify you when rates update. Permission is requested at first launch; you can change it any time in System Settings → Notifications → Euribor.

?Troubleshooting

• Rates don't update — check your Internet connection and press ⟳. Offline, the app shows the latest downloaded data.
• The chart is empty — at least one successful refresh is needed: press ⟳ while online.
• Notifications don't arrive — make sure they are allowed in System Settings → Notifications.
• Stepped too far back in time — the app stops at the oldest available date; press ⟳ to return to today.
