• Crediti (acquisti singoli o pacchetti): consumabili, ogni lettura usa un credito. Non scadono e restano legati al tuo account.

• Abbonamento mensile: letture illimitate finché l'abbonamento è attivo.

Il dialogo con l'AI, la Palestra degli Arcani e Lo Specchio non consumano mai crediti.

I prezzi esatti, nella tua valuta, sono mostrati nell'app al momento dell'acquisto.

Termini di rinnovo automatico. L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente alla stessa tariffa salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso. Il pagamento è addebitato sul tuo ID Apple alla conferma dell'acquisto e a ogni rinnovo. Puoi gestire o annullare l'abbonamento in qualsiasi momento da iPhone → Impostazioni → [il tuo nome] → Abbonamenti.

Come funziona una lettura?
Scegli una stesa (Riflessioni, Carta del Giorno, Tre Carte o Croce Semplice), scrivi la tua domanda, registra come ti senti e scegli lo sguardo della lettura: psicologico, spirituale, narrativo o pragmatico. Poi pesca le carte dal ventaglio e leggi l'interpretazione, con il breakdown "Perché questa lettura" che spiega come è stata costruita, carta per carta.
Arcana predice il futuro?
No. Arcana è uno strumento di riflessione personale: gli Arcani Maggiori sono uno specchio simbolico, non una predizione. L'app lo ricorda esplicitamente, e tutte le funzioni — decisioni, esiti, pattern — sono pensate per aiutarti a pensare, non per dirti il futuro.
Come funzionano decisione e verifica?
Dopo una lettura puoi registrare una decisione concreta e scegliere quando verificarla: 7, 30 o 90 giorni. Alla scadenza ricevi una notifica e nel Diario puoi raccontare com'è andata. Nel tempo, Lo Specchio ti mostra i tuoi pattern: carte ricorrenti, andamento dell'umore, esiti delle decisioni.
Cos'è la Palestra degli Arcani?
Un allenamento gratuito: l'app estrae tre carte, tu scrivi la tua interpretazione e ricevi il feedback di un coach AI — cosa hai colto, cosa ti è sfuggito, quali bias. Non consuma crediti.
Come funziona il collegamento al calendario?
È facoltativo. Se lo attivi, prima di un impegno nelle successive 48 ore l'app ti propone una stesa "Riflessioni" di preparazione. I tuoi eventi restano sul dispositivo: al server arriva solo la domanda che vedi e confermi tu.
Che cos'è il motore Apple Intelligence?
Sui dispositivi compatibili (iOS 26 o successivo) puoi scegliere in Profilo → Motore della lettura di generare le interpretazioni direttamente sul dispositivo con Apple Intelligence: privato, funziona anche offline, nessun dato inviato a servizi AI esterni.
Come funzionano i crediti e l'abbonamento?
Puoi acquistare letture singole o pacchetti di crediti, oppure attivare l'abbonamento mensile per letture illimitate. Crediti e abbonamento sono legati al tuo account e si sincronizzano dopo l'accesso con Apple.
Ho cambiato iPhone: ritrovo le mie letture e i crediti?
Sì. Accedi con lo stesso “Sign in with Apple” sul nuovo dispositivo: letture salvate, dialoghi, decisioni, crediti e abbonamento sono associati al tuo account e tornano disponibili.
Come ripristino un acquisto?
Apri Profilo e tocca “Ripristina acquisti”. L'abbonamento attivo viene riconosciuto automaticamente tramite il tuo ID Apple.
Come gestisco o annullo l'abbonamento?
L'abbonamento si gestisce da Apple: iPhone → Impostazioni → [il tuo nome] → Abbonamenti. Da lì puoi modificarlo o annullarlo in qualsiasi momento.
Come elimino il mio account?
Dall'app: Profilo → Elimina account. L'operazione cancella in modo permanente le tue letture e i dati associati.
Non ricevo le notifiche
Verifica che le notifiche siano attive in iPhone → Impostazioni → Arcana → Notifiche. Se il problema persiste, scrivici.

You can then get more readings in two ways:

• Credits (single purchases or packs): consumable, each reading uses one credit. They never expire and stay linked to your account.

• Monthly subscription: unlimited readings while the subscription is active.

The AI dialogue, the Arcana Gym and The Mirror never use credits.

Exact prices, in your currency, are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal terms. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation and at each renewal. You can manage or cancel it anytime from iPhone → Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Frequently asked questions

How does a reading work?
Choose a spread (Reflections, Card of the Day, Three Cards or Simple Cross), write your question, note how you feel and pick the lens of your reading: psychological, spiritual, narrative or pragmatic. Then draw your cards from the fan and read the interpretation, with the "Why this reading" breakdown explaining how it was built, card by card.
Does Arcana predict the future?
No. Arcana is a personal reflection tool: the Major Arcana are a symbolic mirror, not a prediction. The app states this explicitly, and every feature — decisions, outcomes, patterns — is designed to help you think, not to tell your future.
How do decisions and check-ins work?
After a reading you can record a concrete decision and choose when to verify it: 7, 30 or 90 days. When the time comes you get a notification, and in your Journal you can tell how it went. Over time, The Mirror shows your patterns: recurring cards, mood trends, decision outcomes.
What is the Arcana Gym?
Free practice: the app draws three cards, you write your own interpretation and receive feedback from an AI coach — what you caught, what you missed, which biases. It never uses credits.
How does the calendar connection work?
It's optional. If you enable it, before a commitment in the next 48 hours the app suggests a "Reflections" preparation spread. Your events stay on your device: only the question you see and explicitly confirm is sent to the server.
What is the Apple Intelligence engine?
On compatible devices (iOS 26 or later) you can choose in Profile → Reading engine to generate interpretations directly on your device with Apple Intelligence: private, works offline, no data sent to external AI services.
How do credits and the subscription work?
You can buy single readings or credit packs, or activate the monthly subscription for unlimited readings. Credits and subscription are linked to your account and sync after signing in with Apple.
I changed my iPhone: do I get my readings and credits back?
Yes. Sign in with the same “Sign in with Apple” on the new device: saved readings, dialogues, decisions, credits and subscription are tied to your account and come right back.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Profile and tap “Restore purchases”. An active subscription is recognized automatically via your Apple ID.
How do I manage or cancel the subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone → Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. From there you can change or cancel anytime.
How do I delete my account?
From the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your readings and associated data.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled in iPhone → Settings → Arcana → Notifications. If the problem persists, write to us.
