Le app non raccolgono dati personali: nessun account, nessuno strumento di analisi, nessuna vendita di dati. I dati del mutuo che inserisci restano sul tuo dispositivo (per le notifiche push, se le attivi, vengono registrati solo dati tecnici anonimi — vedi sotto). Mortgage Calculator non contiene alcuna pubblicità. Mortgage Calculator Light, la versione gratuita, mostra annunci di Google AdMob e, in Europa, ti chiede il consenso prima di richiedere anche un solo annuncio.

Le due app

Dati salvati sul tuo dispositivo

Le app conservano localmente, nel proprio contenitore sandbox, soltanto i parametri del mutuo che inserisci — importo, data di inizio, tasso di interesse e durata — così da ritrovarli al riavvio e da poterli condividere fra le schede Calcolo, Piano di ammortamento e Scenari. Mortgage Calculator Light vi salva anche le scelte di consenso alla pubblicità.

Tutti i calcoli — rata, piano di ammortamento, scenari — avvengono interamente sul dispositivo: nessun dato viene inviato ad alcun server, e non esiste alcuna sincronizzazione sul cloud.

Esportazione del piano di ammortamento

Dalla scheda Piano di ammortamento puoi esportare il piano in formato CSV o PDF. Il file viene generato sul dispositivo e passato al pannello di condivisione di iOS: sei tu a scegliere se salvarlo, stamparlo o inviarlo, e a chi. Le app non caricano né trasmettono questi file da nessuna parte.

Notifiche push

Se scegli di attivare le notifiche, l'app registra presso il servizio Back4App (piattaforma Parse) alcune informazioni tecniche:

• il token APNs del dispositivo, generato da Apple, necessario per recapitare le notifiche;
• un identificatore anonimo di installazione, usato per gestire le consegne;
• dati tecnici di base come il tipo di dispositivo, la versione dell'app e il fuso orario.

Questi dati non sono collegati alla tua identità e vengono usati esclusivamente per il funzionamento delle notifiche. Se rifiuti o disattivi le notifiche da Impostazioni, il token diventa inutilizzabile; puoi chiederne la cancellazione scrivendo al contatto qui sotto.

Pubblicità — solo Mortgage Calculator Light

Mortgage Calculator Light è gratuita grazie agli annunci — un banner nelle schermate Calcolo, Piano di ammortamento e Scenari, e occasionali annunci a schermo intero — serviti da Google AdMob. Per selezionare e misurare gli annunci, Google può trattare:

• gli identificatori tecnici del dispositivo — non l'IDFA, l'identificatore pubblicitario, che non viene raccolto;
• l'indirizzo IP (che indica una posizione approssimativa) e informazioni tecniche sul dispositivo;
• dati di interazione con gli annunci (impressioni, tocchi).

Come Google tratta questi dati è descritto nell'informativa privacy di Google e nella pagina «Come Google utilizza i dati». Mortgage Calculator non contiene nulla di tutto questo.

Il tuo consenso — solo Mortgage Calculator Light

Al primo avvio, se ti trovi nello Spazio Economico Europeo o nel Regno Unito, l'app mostra il modulo di consenso di Google: puoi scegliere tra annunci personalizzati e annunci generici, non basati sui tuoi interessi. Nessun annuncio viene richiesto prima che tu abbia espresso la tua scelta. Puoi cambiare o revocare la scelta in ogni momento dalla scheda App info dell'app, alla voce Impostazioni privacy → Gestisci il consenso.

L'app non richiede l'autorizzazione al tracciamento di Apple (App Tracking Transparency) e non raccoglie l'identificatore pubblicitario (IDFA): senza quell'autorizzazione iOS non lo rende disponibile, quindi non viene né usato né trasmesso.

L'app funziona allo stesso modo qualunque scelta tu faccia: cambiano solo gli annunci, non le funzioni.

In short

Mortgage Calculator and Mortgage Calculator Light are apps by Fabrizio Bacchin (Switzerland) and this policy covers both. The apps collect no personal data: no account, no analytics, no data selling. The mortgage figures you enter stay on your device (for push notifications, if you enable them, only anonymous technical data is registered — see below). Mortgage Calculator contains no advertising at all. Mortgage Calculator Light, the free version, shows Google AdMob ads and, in Europe, asks for your consent before requesting a single ad.

The two apps

Data stored on your device

The apps store locally, inside their own sandbox container, only the mortgage parameters you enter — amount, start date, interest rate and duration — so they can be restored on relaunch and shared between the Calculation, Amortization plan and Scenarios tabs. Mortgage Calculator Light also stores your advertising consent choices there.

All calculations — payment, amortization plan, scenarios — happen entirely on the device: no data is sent to any server, and there is no cloud synchronisation.

Exporting the amortization plan

From the Amortization plan tab you can export the schedule as CSV or PDF. The file is generated on the device and handed to the iOS share sheet: you decide whether to save, print or send it, and to whom. The apps never upload or transmit these files anywhere.

Push notifications

If you choose to enable notifications, the app registers a few technical items with Back4App (a Parse platform):

• the device APNs token, generated by Apple, required to deliver notifications;
• an anonymous installation identifier, used to manage deliveries;
• basic technical data such as device type, app version and time zone.

This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely to make notifications work. If you decline or later turn notifications off in Settings, the token becomes unusable; you may request its deletion by writing to the contact below.

Advertising — Mortgage Calculator Light only

Mortgage Calculator Light is free thanks to advertising — a banner in the Calculation, Amortization plan and Scenarios screens, plus occasional full-screen ads — served by Google AdMob. To select and measure ads, Google may process:

• technical identifiers of the device — not the IDFA advertising identifier, which is not collected;
• your IP address (which indicates an approximate location) and technical device information;
• ad interaction data (impressions, taps).

How Google processes this data is described in the Google privacy policy and in "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services". Mortgage Calculator contains none of this.

Your consent — Mortgage Calculator Light only

On first launch, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the app shows Google's consent form: you can choose between personalised ads and generic ads not based on your interests. No ad is requested before you have made your choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the app's App info tab, under Privacy settings → Manage consent.

The app does not request Apple's tracking authorisation (App Tracking Transparency) and does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA): without that authorisation iOS does not make it available, so it is neither used nor transmitted.

The app works exactly the same whichever choice you make: only the ads change, never the features.

What we don't do

• No account and no user profile
• No usage statistics or measurement of any kind
• No access to your location: the apps never request it
• No advertising in the paid version
• No selling or commercial sharing of your data

Your rights and contact

Under the GDPR and the Swiss data protection act (nFADP) you have the right to withdraw consent at any time (see above), to request access to or deletion of the technical data described in the notifications section, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
